【ROOM DETAILS】

Hotel MALDA houses three private rooms located on the second, third and fourth fourth of our building.  60㎡ in size, each room expands across one floor and is available for up to three guests to stay.  Two semi-double beds, one day bed, dining and kitchen area, bathroom and bathtub are included.

Large windows span the room with a view of central Kyoto's quiet street of Aneyakoji Street.  We've furnished the space with custom furniture making it a practical and relaxing space for our guests to feel most like themselves.   Babaghuri's items dress the interiors and add to the experience of your stay.   Walk barefoot throughout all season, as floor heating is available throughout our guest's rooms. 

Our aim is to provide our guests with a little retreat, a nourishing place to reflect and take a break from the noise of the everyday.  

Each room features a color: the second floor is AKA (red), third floor is AO (blue), SUMI (charcoal grey).   Room requests are taken upon time of booking.

【BREAKFAST ROOM SERVICE】

MALDA's breakfast features Jurgen Lehl's company cafeteria vegetarian recipes and is offered exclusively for our guests staying with us.  Every morning we prepare a satisfying meal, inspired by what is in-season.  Breakfast is served in our guests' room using Babaghuri's dishes and cutlery. 
Guests can choose to accompany the breakfast with brown rice, brown rice porridge or bread.  

Served from 7am to 9am.  Please let us know your request upon check-in.

【DETAILS】

● MALDA is a non-smoking establishment.  All rooms are non-smoking. 

● Check-in & check-out
Check-in available from 3pm from 7pm.  
Checkout time is 11am.  

● Children
Children from 13 years old and on are welcomed to stay.  

●Car parking
MALDA does not offer parking.  We ask our guests to utilize public parking, if coming by car. (→See more details on our access page)


● On payment
All rooms are required credit card payment upon time of booking room reservation.  We cannot accept direct payment at MALDA.  Please make sure to book through online web services.  Reservation site set to launch September 12th, 2018.  

● Cancellation
Cancellation is managed through our reservation site. (Cancellations not available through cafe) Please contact hotel_reservation@maldakyoto.com for further assistance.

1. Cancelation Policy (for non-peak season bookings)
Up to 14 days before arrival: Free
Within 14 days before arrival: 100%
Prepayment: 100% of the total price will be charged in the 14 days before arrival.

2. Peak Season Cancelation Policy
50% of the total price will be charged if canceled after reservation and the total price if canceled in the 5 days before arrival.

Prepayment: 50% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 5 days before arrival.

Peak Season reservations made by phone or e-mail: 
-Credit Card Payment: The above prepayment and cancelation policies applies.
-Bank Transfer Payment: 100% of the total amount is asked to be made 2 months before arrival date.
